1. Air Cooling System
We are involved in offering a wide range of Air Cooling System, which includes Air Washer, Air
handing Unit, Fresh Air Unit and Cellulose Paper Pad / Cooling Pads PVC Fills, FAN COIL UNIT

2. AHU Unit / Air Handling Unit.
Enviro Tech manufacturing of single & double skin air handling unit and ceilng suspended units of higher cpacity 800 cfm to
60000 cfm-v-beltt drive & direct drive static presure 10 mm to 300 mm w. G. Depends on the application and requirement. we
are manufacturing air handling unit & ceilng suspended units in single & double skin configurations casing the standard
aluminum hollow profile, pannel thick 25mm insulation p. U. F outer colour coated sheet. Inner gi plain sheet, blower
centrifugal type forward curved, wet and dry sections, cooling coil filter section easly slided for 50 mm thick pre air filter box
type washable type & canvas.

in double skin construction the structure is made of hollow aluminum profile with nylon corners and panels are made of 0. 6
mm thickness pre - coated outer sheet and gi inner sheet. The panels are insulated with injected puf (38kg / cubic m.) / eps

4. slabs / kini foam. In single skin construction the structure is modular type, made of gi hollow profile and is mechanically bolted
with top and bottom tray. Panels are made of 18g. Or 16g. (thickness varies according to the size of unit).
Blower
the blowers used in unit are imported or indigenous and is centrifugal type forward curved for normal static pressure, mounted
on rubber isolators for smooth and quite operation. Sant make blowers are dynamically and statically balanced on fie make

Motor
the motor used is drip proof mounted on specially designed adjustable motor base. Electrical supply normally is 3 ph / + / -415

deck cooling pad media is treated with stiffening and wetting agents to provide the cooling, without any water carryover.

media is treated with anti-rot and rigidifying resins. The media is cross- corrugated to maximize the mixing of air and weather.
Saturation effectiveness ranging from 50 to 98% can be achieved depending upon air velocity and depth of the cooling pad.

6. Fan Coil Unit
Fan coil units are available in two configurations: horizontal type suitable for ceiling suspension and vertical type suitabia for
floor mounting:
Casing: galvanised sheets of heavy gauge steel with suitable drain tray to avoid sweating. The fan coil unit are (double skin)
painted with stove paint/ h. T. Paint, electro static paint as per customer requirements.
Blowers: the multiblade forward curved centrifugal type aluminium fan wheels statically and dynamically balanced are driven
by extended shaft motor.
Fan Motor: 3 speed, permanent split capacitor type motor with extended manual speed selection.
Drain Fan: heavy gauge. Double skin insulated drain pan extend full width of coil collect condensate from chilled water coils,
valve and fitting with provision of drain nipple to avoid overflow.
Cooling Coil: 3 row deep, 3/8 o. D. Copper tubing, aluminum fin constuctioin provide maximum. Heat transfer. The water inlet
and outlet are provided with flare nut for connections to control valves.
Air Filter: filter are made of expanded aluminum mesh/ hdpe media/synthetic non-w oven media and are permanent

9. Air Curtain / Duct Line
An Air Curtain is a modern device which when installed on a door forms an invisible curtain of continuous air which restrict the
escape of conditioned air and also prevent entry of outside hot, humid, dirty and unwanted polluted air.
Enviro Tech Air Curtains areavailable in two configuration (both vertical and horizontal) and 4 different velocities. They are
suited for door opening ranging from 2. 5 ft. (0mm) wide to 8 ft. (2. 44 mtrs) wide and invelocities ranging from 7 m/sec. Or above
as per customer requirements. These velocities are divided in 4 different groups for the convenience of our customers which are
as below :
Normal Velocity : (7 to 9 m/sec. ) air curtain of this range generally used for internal doors, windows and such spaces where
the outside wind velocity is not very high.
High Velocity : (10 to 12 m/sec. ) this is the most popular range of velocity for the air curtains required by the customers. This is
used for internal as well as external doors.
Extra Velocity : (13 to 15 m/sec. ) air curtains in this velocity range are used for external door where outside wind velocity is
very high or where it is very important that no dust insects or flies should enter.

available in 5/8’’ { 15. 8 }, ½’’ OD { 12. 5 mm } 3/8’’ OD { 9. 5 mm }

FINS : aluminium used for fins are super slit fins. Copper tubes are hydraulically / echanically expanded within fin collars to
