3. ARTICLE 1 AND 3
Article 1: "All human beings are born free and equal dignity and rights. They
are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards and
another in a spirit of brotherhood."
Motivation: This article is very important because of equality between
people.
Article 3: "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person."
Motivation: Each person can have a good life.
4. ARTICLE 7
Article 7: "All are equal before the law and are entitled without any
discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal
protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and
against any incitement to such discrimination."
Motivation: Each person is equal before the law without discrimination.
5. ARTICLE 11
Article 11: "Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be
presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at
which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence. No one
shall be guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which
did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the
time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than
the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.“
Motivation: Each person can have a defence because we are all equal
before law.
6. ARTICLE 13 – 14 – 15
Article 13: "Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within
the borders of each State. Everyone the right to leave any country, including his
own, and to return to his country."
Motivation: Each person must be entitled to liberty of movement between States.
Article 14: "Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum
from persecution."
Motivation: Safety life is important.
Article 15: "Everyone has the right to a nationality."
Motivation: The nationality is the identity of each person
7. ARTICLE 18-19
Article 18: Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, coscience and religion; this
right includes freedom to change his religion our belief, and freedom, either our in
community with others and in public our private, to manifest his religion our belief in
teaching, practice, worship and observance.
Motivation: We chose the article 18 because we think that freedom of thought is the
must important thing.
Article 19: Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right
includes freedom to hold opinions and whitout interference and to seek, receive and
impart information and ideas throught any media and regardless of frontiers.
Motivation: We chose the article 19 because it is defence the freedom of opinion and
expression throught any media and regardless of frontiers.
8. ARTICLE 23
1. Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment. To just
and faurable condition of work and to protection agans unemployment.
2. Everyone, whitout any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for
equal work.
3. Everyone who works has the right to just and favorable remuneration
ensurring himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity,
and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
4. Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the
protection of his intrests.
Motivation: We chose the article 23 because it talk about the employment
and unployment
9. ARTICLE 24
Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including
reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic
holidays with pay.
Motivation: We chose the article 24 because it
remember us of stiles.
