6. How to become a psychologist?
In order to obtain full professional
qualifications in the field of
psychology, it is still necessary to
complete five years of psychological
studies. Some universities offer a
three-year Bachelor's and two-year
Master's degree in psychology.
However, they do not give full
powers or complete preparation to
practice as a psychologist.
The only way out is to complete a
uniform or bachelor and
supplementary studies in the field of
psychology, to give it a total of five
years.
7. How much does a psychologist earn?
Due to the huge variation in potential job
opportunities, it is not possible to clearly
present the pay range for a professional
psychologist. A beginner psychologist
employed in educational institutions can
count on monthly earnings at the level of
about PLN 2,000. Experienced specialists
who run their own business earn income
from a few to even several thousand
zlotys per month.
9. Who is a detective?
The detective is colloquially the
person conducting the
investigation with classified
methods who has a license for
such activity as pat of a private
investigative office.
10. What does the detective do?
The detective collects information on property and
credibility in economic relations, collecting
information in civil matters, checking the reliability
of information about damage reported to insurance
companies, searching for missing or hiding people,
searching for property, collecting information on a
case in which criminal proceedings are pending ,
proceedings in cases of fiscal offenses and tax and
other tax offenses, if criminal law can be applied in
the course of the proceedings.
11. Requirements for this profession
In order to deal legally as a detective, you must
have an appropriate license. Obtaining it
involves meeting the relevant requirements and
passing the exam. To apply for a license in
Poland you must:
- have Polish citizenship or citizenship of
another country which is a member of the EU,
- you must be at least 21 years old,
- having minimum secondary education
- can not be punished
- if the candidate worked in the public
administration office, he may not have
disciplinary dismissal. If such a release
occurred, then there is no problem in a situation
where it has passed from this fact a minimum
of 5 years,
- the detective candidate must also have an
impeccable opinion, which may be issued by
the poviat (city) commander of the Police
competent for the place of residence.
12. How to become a detective?
Before we take the license exam, you must
undergo periodic medical and psychological
tests. The exam is carried out at least once
every six months. In order to pass it, we
have to prepare for the questions from the
constitution of our country, regulations that
apply to the Police, Border Guard, and the
issue of personal data protection.
Knowledge of forensics, criminology,
victimology and forensic psychology will also
be useful.
13. How much a detective earn?
Much depends on how much you
value the agency in which you will
work. It is assumed, however, that
on average you can earn between
2 and 3-4 thousand PLN per
month. If you work alone, it all
depends on the orders and
complexity of the tasks with which
you will face.
