FarM is a motivational training service based on Islamic prerequisite knowledges (Fard 'Ain) needed for every Muslim. It aims to build self-understanding and strengthen corporate culture by teaching that everyone is Allah's servant who follows the Sunnah. FarM's composer has experience in Islamic banking and motivating. FarM provides training modules referring to prominent Islamic scholars. It conducted intensive 6-month training for Sofyan Hotel focusing on developing a strong vision and corporate culture. Trainees reported benefits like improved awareness and balance in their work.

• FarM stands for Fardhu ‘Ain Motivation
• FarM is a motivational training-series service which is based on the
packet of Islamic Prerequsite knowledges (Fard ‘Ain) needed to
being comprehended for every single Moslem/ah. It covers the
Quranic Sciences, Hadith, Creed, Islam, Ethics as well Arabic
language.
• FarM aims at constructing self-understanding, strengthening

Islamic self-understanding . Within which his/her
engagement in the company will bring mercy/gain for the
company as a whole.

from rightly comprehending the sciences of Al Quran, al
Hadith, the knowledge of creed, Islam, ethics as well arabic
language.
• Owning the right Islamic self-understanding will afford
worker enjoying his/her job in the company. It is because
he is aware of how he acts in the company fostering a
betterment of he himself, the company worker, son of his
parents, as a husband, as a father and as neighbour in the
state of harmony.

5. Why FarM?
• FarM has constructed the self of its composer as a civilized human being in the
sense of being capable of doing the right thing rightly. AlhamduliLLAH
• A sound self understanding of the composer has started in the early house out of
his father’s (Professor Bahauddin Darus) education. The Professor was the pioneer
academician who was assigned by the government to lead the first national
venture capital company. His assignment took 2 periods of 9 years. It continued
intelectually that the composer studied and gained Bachelor of Business
Administration in the International Islamic University in Malaysia in 1993. At that
time composer was being exposed to the Malaysia spirit of becoming lslamic
leader in the world. Composer then became the customer of Malaysia Islamic Bank
Limited which was established in 1983. At the International Islamic University,
composer had been educated by later Assoc. Professor Ugi Suharto who has
become the Islamic banking and finance expert right now. Presently he is senior
lecture in Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. Subsequently that composer
got married with the younger sister of DR. Ugi named Elin Sugiharti who is really a
civilized woman. From her, the composer has been trained to be a good home
leader and simultaneously being her sweet-lovely business partner.

6. • While composer working in Bank Muamalat Indonesia as the training and
educatin staff he was assigned to be operatinal staff for Motivation
Program which was served by “Bang Imad” (DR. Imaduddin Abdul Rahim)
the great world Islamic motivator who had a big role in constructing the
Islamic spirit in the country. Bang Imad is the cousin of composer with the
same village land, Langkat; home stay for composer in partly executing his
higher school education. Education and training gained from respective
expertise; Motivation, Venture Capital, Bank & Finance and Home have
moulded the composer self understanding to be a civilized man.

standard
• Academically FarM has referred mainly the thoughts of
Honourable Professor M. Naquib Al Attas, The
Architect of Islamization of Knowledge of the 20th
century. He as the key person of 1st International
Islamic Conference on Education in Mecca 1977. After
which Islamic education has been highlighted to the
world to compete with the existing Westernized mind.
His book entitled “Islam and Secularism” has marked
that the true Islamic frame work of thinking has
become the landscape to take over the corrupted
secularized life basis on the contemporary world. He is
really the contemporary intellectual reformer.

People Falling Love and Subliming Missing”,
Ustadz Bey Arifin “Ocean of Al Fatihah”, DR
