E-CAR SOLAR BASED ELECTRIC CAR REAL TIME
ABSTRACT
Now-a-days, dealers of natural resources like fuel, coal etc. are facing a hardtime to
keep pace with the increasing demand. Therefore, to carry out this demand it is quite necessary
to make a new exploration of natural resource ofenergy and power. Therefore sunlight is now-a-
days considered to be a source ofenergy which is implemented in various day to day
applications. Solar energy isbeing used to produce electricity through sunlight. With the help of
thistechnology we aim to make solar energy powered car in our project. Solar Electric car, which
use 100% electric power, use electric motors instead of an internal combustion engine to provide
motive force. Solar-powered vehicles (SPVs) use photovoltaic (PV) cells to convert sunlight into
electricity. The electricity goes either directly to an electric motor powering the vehicle, or to a
special storage battery. PV cells produce electricity only when the sun is shining. Without
sunlight, a solar powered car depends on electricity stored in its batteries.

2) The main advantages of a solar vehicle are that they are pollution less and are very
economical. Since they cause no pollution they are very eco-friendly and are the
only answer to the increasing pollution levels from automobiles in the present
scenario. By harvesting the renewable sources of energy like the solar energy we are
helping in preserving the non-renewable sources of energy.
