INTRODUCTION
• We have used non-conventional energy sources to
generate electricity so it is called future green car.
• We are using the untapped wind , noise and mechanical
stress generated in wheels and shockers for charging the
battery.
• Energy generated from all the sources cumulatively will be
charging the main battery ( 6v) that will make the motor run
and drive the vehicle.
OBJECTIVE
• To reduce the burden of fuel from automobile.
• To make our world a greener and pollution free
place.
• To generate electricity from untapped energy.
• To increase the efficiency of vehicle by making an
electric car self sufficient in terms of battery
charging.
• To enhance electric car by providing battery
charging with in the car itself by using noise, wind
and mechanical energy.

WIND PROPELLER
• We have used wind to generate electricity where fan blades
are mounted on dynamo(6v) called as wind propeller.
• When dynamo is rotated by the motion of air it produces
electricity.
• The dynamo is converting mechanical rotation into a direct
electric current through Faraday's law of induction.
• We have used a blower to run the fan blades creating a
external environment of a real car.

Electricity is produced by the principle of piezoelectricity and
Rack & pinion , both these systems work under mechanical
stress.

RACK AND PINION SYSTEM
A rack and pinion is a type of linear actuator that comprises a
pair of gears which convert rotational motion into linear motion.

• Stress produced in the wheel is converted into electricity with
the help of rack and pinion attached with spring which is further
attached to dynamo ( 4.5v).

PIEZOELECTRIC ENERGY
• We have used a special and innovative concept for generating
electrical energy by peizo crystal. Peizo crystal is like a
transducer it is based on piezoelectric effect.
• We have mounted the piezo crystals on the wheels.
• As the stress increases on the crystal the electric energy
increases proportionally.

NOISE TO ELECTRICAL ENERGY
• Here we have placed the microphone in front of wind
propeller for continuous input of noise just to create a
picture of real environment.
• This signal have been fed to an amplifier which would
further amplify the signal and charge battery.
• The maximum output for this system will be 1.15v in
charging the battery.

ADVANTAGES
• It does not emit any pollutants in the environment so it’s a
green car. Hence it minimizes the health problems.
• Car is running on the renewable resources which are present in
abundance in nature.
• We are channelizing the untapped energy into some productive
form.
• It does not require any external charging it is self sufficient
unlike other electric vehicles in the market.
• Running cost of the car will be independent of the cost of fuel
( fuel free).
• Our car operates without engine hence reduces vibrations and
weight.
• The maintenance cost is very low.
DISADVANTAGES
• The initial cost of a electricity run vehicle is high because of a
new concept and less production.
• The cost of a piezoelectric crystal is high and relatively it has low
output
APPLICATIONS
• The piezoelectric energy- generating roads have been proposed in
the car capitol of the world – California. When applied on roads,
the piezoelectric technology could produce up to 44 megawatts of
electricity per year from one kilometer stretch of the road and
meet the energy demand of about 30,800 households.
• Sustainable dance club in Rotterdam, was the 1st club of Britain
to make a piezoelectric dance floor onto which when people
danced it generate energy to light the floor.
• Wind energy has been used to generate electricity from wind mills
the same concept is used in our wind propeller.
• Rack and pinion system is used in lifts , elevators , car shockers
etc.
• Now days electric bikes and electric golf cars are well common and
is gaining popularity. Toyota and Mahindra have launched electric
car models .
