Every day at every movement we are more and more dependent on the knowledge.
Nonaka in 1995 described that Knowledge is a resource that can be used for the economic and social development of the countries.
Knowledge management (KM) has been recognized as being central to product and process innovation, executive decision making, and organizational adaptation and renewal.
