BACKGROUND
Homelesspeople have aninertiaworkingagainstthemtogetback ontheirfeetgivenemployment
issues,housing/residence issuesandinabilitytogetjobs/work(andmoney) due toboth.A variety of
challengesexist,all whichhave possiblesolutions,butonesthatwill notbe solvedbyaccident. Withthe
currenteconomicboomand demandforlaborin majorcities,there existsthe opportunitytocreate a
pathwayto helpsome of the mostchallengedpeople returntoindependence.
WHAT IS THE CONCEPT?
Create a mobile biometric(fingerprint)enabledsoftware systemwhichwouldfacilitate the employment
of homeless(noresidence,nobanking) peoplefortemporarystaffingassignments. The software and
processeswouldalsorequirephysicaltransportationtoworksitesandreturnsafterhours.
