4. PROBLEM STATEMENT
A large number of image file formats are
available for storing graphical data, and,
consequently, there are a number of issues
associated with converting from one image
format to another, most notably loss of
image detail and unable to use specific type
of image.

• Certain image processing operations support
only a specific type of the image. You can convert
images between the image types(JPEG) to
