This document provides biographical information about Ms. Zakem, a 6th grade life science teacher. She has 19 years of teaching experience, including 12 years working with students who have difficulty learning. This is her 9th year teaching at Canarelli Middle School. She has a bachelor's degree in elementary education and special education from SUNY Geneseo and a master's degree in middle school science education from UNLV. She enjoys hard workers, science, reading, cooking, photography, and animals. She dislikes bullies, liars, mechanical pencils, rude people, lazy people, vandals, and disrespectful people.
