Conclusions & Recommendations: <ul><li>In total Café Coffee Day got more ratings. </li></ul><ul><li>Café Coffee Day is more preferred by customer for many components like beverages, merchandise, locations, and service and personal. </li></ul><ul><li>Mr. Beans is liked by customers for its food, ambience and comfort. </li></ul><ul><li>There is a need of more outlets of Mr. Beans. </li></ul><ul><li>Self service is a drawback of Mr. Beans. </li></ul>
