Findings: <ul><li>Product </li></ul><ul><li>Customers have rate more for Café Coffee Day beverages. </li></ul><ul><li>Customers have rate more for Mr. Bean’s eatables. </li></ul><ul><li>Mr. Beans does not offer merchandise only Café Coffee Day does, 30% people rated it merchandise excellent and 70% rated it good. </li></ul><ul><li>Price </li></ul><ul><li>76% customers rated Café Coffee Day as affordable and 80% customers rated Mr. Beans as affordable, so therefore in term of cost both are almost the same . </li></ul><ul><li>Personal </li></ul><ul><li>Café Coffee Day is rated more for appearance, politeness, fast service. </li></ul><ul><li>Mr. Beans is rated more for cleanliness. </li></ul>

Conclusions & Recommendations: <ul><li>In total Café Coffee Day got more ratings. </li></ul><ul><li>Café Coffee Day is more preferred by customer for many components like beverages, merchandise, locations, and service and personal. </li></ul><ul><li>Mr. Beans is liked by customers for its food, ambience and comfort. </li></ul><ul><li>There is a need of more outlets of Mr. Beans. </li></ul><ul><li>Self service is a drawback of Mr. Beans. </li></ul>
