  • 4. DISTINCTION LO1 UNIT:1 Q-(D3) Design an action plan for continuous enhancement in your personality? Ans- PERSONALITY IS THE SUM TOTAL OF OUTER PERSONALITY AND INNER QUALITIES. While outer personality helps us to be accepted, liked and loved, inner qualities or traits make long lasting impressions and relationships helping us succeed and grow throughout our lives.
  • 5. • PERSISTENCE- It helps to develop our fruits both physical and psychological. Helps in positive conditioning, goal achieving. • ASSIMILATION- It helps in increasing our self esteem, makes the person more popular and help in making things happen. • Maintain cool and avoid loosing temper. • We should try to develop a positive personality which is highly needed in competitive environment. • Learn to respect others to get respect from others. • We should communicate well with the people. • ATTITUDE-Develop positive thinking and have positive attitude because your ATTITUDE DECIDES YOUR ALTITUDE.

SELF IMAGE- It is very important how the way we carry our self. Every person would like to feel good about himself. A TRUE REWARD FOR A LIFE WELL LIVED.
  • 7. DISTINCTION LO2 UNIT:1 Q-(D2)Evaluate your own time management style. Ans- MY TIME MANAGEMENT STYLE (MANTRA): “TIME AND TIDE WAIT FOR NONE” • I keep everything in writing – We cannot remember all the things at a time. By writing things it helps me to make notes of events, appointments, ideas, and goals. • My Endeavour is to complete every task within a stipulated time. •Punctuality is of paramount importance to me. • I prefer to complete first what is important rather than what I like. • I prefer to accomplish the most difficult job first. • I don’t keep things pending, because it not only delays the work but also creates pressure in our mind.
  • 8. • I keep deadlines for my goals. •I reject all those activities which are unimportant and time wasters. • I make friends who are productive rather than who indulge in time pass activities. I always keep in mind a very famous quote, “DON’T PUT OFF TILL TOMORROW WHAT YOU CAN DO TODAY”

Ans- The leadership qualities in me are as follows: • Setting objectives • Organizing and planning • Decision making • Honesty • Ambition • Intelligence • Emotional stability • Empathy • Communication skills and social skills
  • 10. SETTING OBJECTIVES- I set crystal clear objectives. Like I want to be a cabin crew and I will work hard and smart for that to accomplish my goal. )ORGANIZING AND PLANNING- If I need to become a cabin crew for that I planned to join the organization FRANKFINN – INSTITUTE OF AIRHOSTESS TRAINING. “ITS LIKE MAKING ROAD TO DESTINATION” ) Decision making- I have the ability to make effective and result oriented decisions which will lead me to success. ) Integrity and honesty- I believe in honesty and I am proud to be an honest person and will be honest throughout my career.
  • 11. ) ENTHUSIASM- I believe in seriousness and sincerity in my work to produce positive results. ) AMBITION- I set high standards and try to go for it! Get it done! And I can do it! ) INTELLIGENCE- I have the tendency to keep a constant check on current news and info. Related to my career and like to refer magazine AVIATION TIMES which provides good info regarding aviation industry. ) EMOTIONAL STABILITYI maintain calm attitude and look at problems objectively. ) EMPATHY- I put myself into other people’s shoes and try to communicate from their point of view thus ensuring success.

Ans -(D2) If I would be the director of the movie then I would like to bring some changes in the script of the movie. The changes I would like to make are as follows: AS WE ALL KNOW “ TEACHERS ARE NEXT TO PARENTS” OR “ TEACHER IS NEXT TO MOTHER
  • 14. THE ATTITUDE SHOWN BY TEACHER IN THE MOVIE IS ‘NEGATIVE’. ‘MOTHER IS THE FIRST TEACHER OF THE SON’. SHE SHOULD UNDERSTAND ISHAAN’S PROBLEM. SHE SHOULD NOT SAY THAT SHE HAD LEFT JOB AND EVERYTHING AND WHAT NOT SHE HAD DONE FOR ISHAAN TO HELP HIM. SO I WOULD LIKE TO BRING CHANGE IN THE CHARACTER OF THE MOTHER.
  • 15. ‘FATHER IS THE BEST FRIEND OF SON’. AS WE HAVE COME ACROSS THE NEGATIVE ATTITUDE OF ISHAAN’S FATHER IN THE MOVIE FOR ISHAAN. SO I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE HIS NEGATIVE ATTITUDE INTO POSITIVE ATTITUDE. INSTEAD OF BEING AGAINST ISHAAN I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A SUPPORTIVE FATHER WHO IS QUITE UNDERSTANDING, RATIONAL, ASSIMILATIVE.

Ans- Moral values are actions that affect human welfare and bring about harmony in relationship. MORAL VALUES can be derived from society, family, religion. Some of the moral values which I lack are FORGIVING POLITENESS
  • 24. I WILL WORKOUT TO DEVELOP THESE TWO MORAL VALUES IN MY LIFE BECAUSE THEY ARE REALLY GOING TO HELP ME OUT IN FUTURE. I WILL DEVELOP THE ATTITUDE OF FORGIVING MISTAKES DONE BY ANYONE. I WILL ADOPT POLITENESS IN MY VOICE AND TRY TO BE POLITE WITH EVERYONE AS THIS VALUE IS VERY MUCH NEEDED IN AVIATION INDUSTRY.
