Why is it an issue?
There are a number of reasons reporting is neglected
• Standard reports are usually too generic to be really useful
until they are configured to meet your specific needs
• Conducting system implementations to a budget means
reporting is the easiest component to pare back
• Many technologies have very good reporting capabilities but
getting the best out of the them is not child’s play
• Your internal BI teams don’t have the recruitment knowledge
to interpret the data from your recruitment systems
• The different technology components you are using often
don’t truly talk to each other
