- 3. PROJECT HISTORY • 2004: Stevens County Voluntary, producer-led, coordinated disease control program was initiated. • 2009: Project was expanded to include the six surrounding counties. • 2010: Project was expanded again to include the entire region north of Hwy 212 and all of Renville County.
