based organizations, 300+ Turner School graduates, City of Oakland
and Alameda County Contract Compliance Divisions.
• Conducted three separate pre bid meetings –82 subcontractors
attended all meetings
• Conducted one-on-one meetings with MBDA and HEBCo. Scheduled
meetings with Minority Business Consortium and East Bay Small
Business Council but did not happen.
