Cherry Zinfandel Sliders

2. Make this already easy dish ahead for your next bbq.
Tasty sliders prepared with Perfect Parmesan
Biscuits and Onion Onion then topped with Cherry
Zinfandel Grill Sauce.
Make this already easy meal ahead of time when
planning your next bbq or a meal for the family.
What you will need for the recipe:
● Perfect Parmesan Biscuit Mix
● ¼ cup milk
● 1 beaten egg
● 1 lb. lean ground beef
● 1-2 Tbsp. Onion Onion
● Cheese of your choice
● 1 Tbsp. Cherry Zinfandel Grill Sauce

3. Combine first 3 ingredients; stir to blend. Roll dough
into ten balls; flatten slightly. Bake at 400° for 12-14
minutes; cool completely. Combine ground beef,
Onion Onion and tablespoon Cherry Zinfandel Grill
Sauce. Shape meat mixture into 10 small patties; grill
to desired doneness. Slice biscuits in half
horizontally; fill with beef patty. Top with cheese and
additional Cherry Zinfandel Grill Sauce to taste.
Makes 10 mini burgers.

Start by mixing all of the ingredients in a 1 gallon Ziploc Bag.
This particular burger recipe is Cherry Zinfandel Sliders that
makes 16 mini burgers or sliders

5. Flatten the hamburger so it fills every corner of the bag. Spread it as evenly as possible.

6. Open the bag and cut the bag so you can fold it over.

7. The bag looks like this when you are done cutting the 2
sides.

8. Make a slice down the middle.

9. Now add 2 more slices on both sides. This will
make 16 mini burgers or sliders.

10. Turn the bag and make the same 3 slices. You should
now have 16 perfect burgers.

11. Wrapping To Freeze
Take a few out to wrap in Press 'n Seal or Tin
Foil to freeze.
Or wrap the entire package back up to freeze.

12. Freeze all 16 patties or put in fridge to cook later.
