    • Offsite Invitation
    • Four to five rounds of e-mail sent 20, 15, 10 & 5 days prior to event date to the team with the venue & basic details.
    • We would also sent the printed invitation cards to each one of guests.
    • By these we can rise excitement in the mind of delegates.
    • Tele – Confirmation: Tele-calling to follow each mail blast to confirm participation and travel logistics for the specific events.

  • 9. Logistics
    • Airport, Railway Station and Local Pick-up for Delegates
    • Placards with Freescale & program logo will direct the delegates to the pick-up point after collection of their luggage.
    • Delegates will be given wet tissues, mineral water, soft drinks, dry snacks & relevant magazines/newspapers during the course of the journey.
    • Arrival at Event Location
    • On arrival, the delegates will be served welcome drinks.
    • Check-in of delegates will take place at a special desk in the lobby, who will come a day before from outstation.
    • In the Room
    • As the rooming list would be pre-determined, the rooms would be allocated prior to arrival.
    • The luggage would be moved to the rooms of the delegates as per their baggage tags.
    • Welcome letter from the GM of the hotel
    • Chocolate hampers & a puzzle in each room.
    • Next day they will be taken to the event location.
  • 10. Logistics
    • The time of coming to the location will 9.30 AM.
    • After boarding the bus each team member is gifted a small memento which is a framed inspirational quotation that can be kept on the desk and a conference kit. This would start setting the tone for the event.
    • On registration at event location, the delegates will be given a Conference Kit –
      • Docket Folder containing:
          • Writing pad & Pen
          • Agenda
          • Information & Guidelines
          • Welcome letter from the Freescale’s senior executive
  • 11. Event Flow
    • We will start the event at 10 AM.
    • Different type of people will give demonstration on their topics.
    • Seating plan will be in theater style.
    • Opening Act
      • A short, dramatic skit which would be a follow through of the breakfast event formally opens the event. The skit messaging would tie in with the film expanding on the theme messaging.
    • The presentation will be divided as per the presenter of the company. They have the slot of 1 ½ hour.
  • 12. Event Flow
    • After Each 1 ½ hours there will be a 10 minutes break of tea and refreshment.
    • Lunch will happen at 1.30 PM to 2.30 PM.
    • High tea will be served at 5.30 PM for 20 minutes.
    • Cocktail dinner will be served at 9 PM onwards.
    • Live band with Cocktails & Dinner
    • Seating plan for dinner will be in round table style.
    • What’s your Motto
      • People will be encouraged to write down their motto on a board. The best ones could be awarded.
    • Giveaway – ‘FTF’ Shirt.
  • 13. Event flow
    • Local delegates will be sent back by bus and cabs.
    • People from outstation will be sent back by the time of the train and airplanes.
    • All of them will be given a feedback form for their suggestions for next time.
