Event Flow <ul><li>We will start the event at 10 AM. </li></ul><ul><li>Different type of people will give demonstration on their topics. </li></ul><ul><li>Seating plan will be in theater style. </li></ul><ul><li>Opening Act </li></ul><ul><ul><li>A short, dramatic skit which would be a follow through of the breakfast event formally opens the event. The skit messaging would tie in with the film expanding on the theme messaging. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>The presentation will be divided as per the presenter of the company. They have the slot of 1 ½ hour. </li></ul>

Event Flow <ul><li>After Each 1 ½ hours there will be a 10 minutes break of tea and refreshment. </li></ul><ul><li>Lunch will happen at 1.30 PM to 2.30 PM. </li></ul><ul><li>High tea will be served at 5.30 PM for 20 minutes. </li></ul><ul><li>Cocktail dinner will be served at 9 PM onwards. </li></ul><ul><li>Live band with Cocktails & Dinner </li></ul><ul><li>Seating plan for dinner will be in round table style. </li></ul><ul><li>What’s your Motto </li></ul><ul><ul><li>People will be encouraged to write down their motto on a board.
