How to get your Tally data on
your mobile via sms

2. Configuring Tall.ERP 9 for SMS
 Register your Mobile No.
 Enable SMS
 Authorize users to access information

3. Register your mobile no.
 Click Control Center or
press Ctrl + K
 Enter your Tally.Net id
 Enter your Tally.Net
password

4. Register your mobile no.
 Click My Profile on
right hand pane or
Press Alt + W

5. Register your mobile no.
 Enter the Name and
Mobile Nos.
 Accept the form

6. Enable SMS in Tally.ERP9
 Press F11 and
Press F4 for
Tally.Net Features
 Fill the relevant
details
*If F4 is not highlighted then create a user first in company creation
screen and relogin.

7. Allow users to SMS
 Click Company Info or press Alt + F3
 Go to Security Control Users and
Password
 Create Tally.Net user and allow SMS

8. Connect Company to Tally.Net
 Press F4 and connect company

9. Access data via SMS
Send SMS in following format
<keyword> to 566779<co.
code>
e.g.
cash balance as on 30/08/2010
Send to 5667791
*Please note that here 1 is the code assigned by tally. You can see the
code assigned by remotely logging into the company
cash balance
as on 30/08/2010
