• Please turn mobile phones to Airplane Mode
– They interfere with the sound system and make it hard for people
watching the live stream
• This event is being broadcast and recorded
– Please use a microphone to talk
– If you don’t want to appear on it:
• Let us know on reception
• Don’t come up to the podium, and don’t take the microphone
• If you hear the fire alarm, please leave the way you came in.
