Last Chance Company is owned and operated by Edward Eugene Vaughn III. Last Chance
Company is a "D.B.A." used that is the vision of my business. This vision began my
constructive mission to become a construction company. I work to provide a comfortable
atmosphere for my clients. Last Chance Company constructs decorative creations.
Construction is the key to my company’s operation. Satisfied clients are our objective.
Construction work started my life’s’ customer/client relationships. My father, owner/CEO,
VNV Services started this positive influence of business. Building Last Chance Company is my
start in the construction community. On the job-site progress is due to constant and
determined synergy.

systems applied. Years of home renovation, home decorating, and home repair experience do

worker that retired and gained certificates for construction in college. This start-
up business is a sole-proprietorship and the beginning of Last Chance Company
establishment.
MARKETING – Last Chance Company’s Total market includes construction
projects, maintenance services, and repair jobs that need skill, knowledge,
consultancy, and analysis that we have. Last Chance Company’s Target market is
residential projects that need care and individual attention and experienced
hands-on work. Last Chance Company’s feasible market is roofing, painting,
flooring, and plumbing.

businesses and small businesses, even before its creation. Last Chance Company
is a small/individualized company that competes with small and big companies in

start-up joined VNV Services in a house expansion. The house expansion project
showed the constructive abilities of our company. It was not a one person effort.
It took teamwork to complete. This expansion was the “connection” to house
repair. Last Chance Co. has also done green environmental clean-up for the
restoration of old homes. Green environmental clean-up is my first house
restoration project. The project included a clean-up process of old homes that
where unoccupied.
