Write a feasibility report to explain the logic for the decisions taken to launch your
group business and evidence to proof that the steps will be successful.The feasibility
report should mention the following points in details: (WEEK 9)
A. Write 5 points to explain how you think the idea / concept will be successful.
The basic purpose for launching our business is to relax person who is tired.
・ Our company will be built near the station, so many people come here easily.
・ Our company will have various bath. Therefore the visitor can relax and enjoy, and the visitor will
come here again.
・ We will prepare the various services for the visitor besides Hot Spring. Therefore the person who
comes here can relax and enjoy.
・ Closing time of our company is later than other company, so person on the way home from work
can come here, and person can relax.
・We will cut the price as much as possible, so many people come here lightheartedly.
B. How easy or difficult will it be to obtain the required permissions, the human resources, the
machines to set up your business? Provide logical evidence to explain how you will obtain the
necessary items and how it will be done successfully?
You tell your introduction for the other in the negotiation.
First, to persents we want material. Definitely, we present to want or to need material, because we
should tell for the other in the negotiation.
Enumerates some advantages. You tell that We get material and what to be able to do things.
C. Identify three problems that you might face while launching your company or obtaining the
necessary items, setting up the location, obtaining the necessary permission etc.
We have three problems. First, we must gather visitors. If they come to our place, our company goes
bankrupt. We must prevent a company from being bankrupted. Second, we must find employees. If
there are not employees, the company does not function. We think the employee to be necessary more
than ten people at least. Third, we must decide business hours. If business hours are long, it takes an
expense even more. When it continues, our company is bankrupted.

2. D. What will be some of the considerations when deciding on the following:
a: company hours
We conform to the Labor Standards Law for the commuting time.
And as for the business hours, this company do it from 10:00 to 24:00.
The employee must commit the back in that time.
Because the employee is necessary to clear it off.
b: pricing of your product
This company offer the service for the low price as much as possible and offer not only the Hot spring
but also the service such as massages.
It is a purpose to offer healing and the space of the ease to the customer.
c: the location that will be rented or bought
There is the place at the station square .
It is a place to be able to drop in at willingly in foot several minutes.
d: advertising your product.
The hot spring which can go when I want to go.
