Urban Dressing v/s Rural Dressing

 Major difference between rural and urban :
 Rural areas are less modern and open than urban
areas.
 Rural people are not extremely expecting like
urban people.
 Life in rural is very simple and life of urban is very
complex and complicated.
 Dressing culture of rural area :
 Following their traditional .
 Villagers have own culture.
 Males generally wear lungi, kurta.
 Women wear sari.
 People are not adjusting their mindsets for adaption of
another culture in dressing.

 Dressing trend of urban area :
 Accepted latest fashion .
 Not particular dressing in daily life .
 Blindly following latest fashion .
 People have not any tradition or not any
rigid rules .
 People do not hesitate any time in dressing .
 Dressing performs very vital role :
 First impression are made of visual and verbal .
 Identified portrayal of person’s character and personality .
 Person dressing and clothing does matter a lot .
 Dress behavior is a major sign of personality .
 Dressing is giving symbol to person’s identity .

 Feeling good factor of rural and urban :
 Rural people parches new clothes on festivals .
 In urban parches sachin’s signeture T-shirt .
