Lessons learned
• Privacy concerns - a large part of potential customers (~30%) express concerns about the possibility of a
  security breach. They believe that the application can lead to a personal data leaks and an unauthorized use
  of personal data. This category of potential customers doesn’t like any “invasions” into their privacy.
• Lack of interest – many of the respondents who refuse to try the product believe that this application
  provides no value. They didn’t see benefits in learning more about their productivity. Some believe that
  they are not that the type of people who need to track their time (e.g. retirees)
• Temporarily use – few potential customers see benefits of using this product on a temporary basis, e.g.
  preparing for an exam or a competition.
• Concerns over const – many potential customers ready to try if it’s free of change.
