From SAI DG first visit to Patna in 1994 for SAI Center and present Patrilputa stadium, VC of LNUPE Gwalior first Visit in 2007 to setup branch SPORTS UNIVERSITY in Bihar , Sports Academy meeting 2006, BMP SPORTS COMPLEX 2012 Sports Policy 2007 ,Mr. Kapil SIBBAL MP FUND for LIGHTING IN M.H Stadium 2006, Its an on going process but to have an infrastructure , groom talent, give results and maintain results, these are all different branches of study & specialization for which Bihar Govt. has to decide clearly that what they want.They want Bihar as a productive state or sick state, it has to be decided right from early school level by State Education Department by including PE for ALL Now Mr.S S ROY is the Head National Institute of Sports and under his leadership we can cross this crisis phase of Bihar .
