Allows web access at 1/3 the typical cost of
roaming data.
Data is automatically collected and shared
with participant/investors.

passengers' smartphones or laptops

The passenger pays via credit card or
cash and gains hourly access to
movies, books, music and games.
Revenue is automatically logged.
The investor is given an access code
into the server portal and can monitor
the usage of wagon/units.
Investor receives his share into a
sequestered participant account.

stream biannually.

7. Marketing and Sales
Marketing is supported by the Railways
via their web portal which we maintain
as part of the service agreement with
them.
Sales of the services are driven by the
conductor on each wagon who is paid
an incentive bonus from the Railways to
promote and sell the wireless
multimedia and internet access.

We have won this current contract
through open nationwide competition.
Competition can not affect the contract
associated with this revenue based
participation offering.
We are vying for winning the expansion
contract to provide this service into all
trains of the Siberian Rail – 2800 units
total.
