The researcher concludes the project with the hope of it, benefiting both the company and the customer. <br />Nearly half of the respondents are satisfied with the appearance and style of the bike and its performance. It shows that the remaining percent of respondents, expect something more in this regard.<br />More than a purchase, it is the maintenance factor, which is given considerable importance. Most of there spondents are worried about high maintenance cost. So, the company should take a serious note of this issue.<br />Now-a-day customers have become highly price conscious. It is the general tendency of the customer to think about the price of the product is high. Majority of the customers opined the price of the bike to be high.<br />So, the company should register the Customer opinion, to due consideration.<br />

It has an electronic ignition and a tubular double cradle type frame with 97.2 cc engine. It is now called Splendor Plus.<br />In 2004, Hero Honda launched the upgraded version of the Splendor, the Splendor+. This version features multi-reflector headlight, tail light and turn signal lights, and features new graphics.<br />In 2007, Hero Honda launched Hero Honda Splendor plus with major changes in body fairings and including alloy wheels and other significant improvements. Current Price of Hero Honda Splendor Plus with alloy wheel is Rs. 41,017 in Punjab. Seating position is the best with flat seats for both rider and passenger. Even three people can be easily accommodated on the seat, but this is not recommended. This time high and low beam comes in a form of push button in place of a switch.
