Langkawi Hotels should i book it earlier or after arriving?
Hi. I am intending to tavel to Langkawi later this month. I have two questions.
1. Would be wise to arrive at langkawi and then choose hotel as I am looking for a budget hotel
there.
2. Any idea how good is Langkawi Boutique Resort? Is it a good location? Any other
suggestions of cheap hotel which I can book earlier………..

1. If it’s festive season, Hari Raya holidays, then better to make reservation.
2. Sandy Beach Resort, located in the eastern part of Langkawi Island, scattered in the Coconut
Grove in the tall wooden Malay house with toilet cost RM 30 per night, you may even bargain if
you stay longer. Chalet no 1 and 20 have the best location.

Which is the most affordable and good hotel in Langkawi?
I have been planning to take a little vacation to Langkawi in January 2009 and at the same
time, celebrate my 21st birthday. I intend to stay in Langkawi for 3 days, and I would like to
know which are the best hotels (value for money) on the island. It would also be helpful if
someone could tell me how much the airplane tickets would cost, I am thinking of taking Air
Asia, but I have no idea what the approximate price would be.. Anyone cares to enlighten me?
Btw, I am located in Singapore.
