To delete a Facebook page, an admin must go to the page's admin panel and click "Manage Permissions" then "Permanently Delete" at the bottom. As an alternative to deletion, admins can unpublish the page by checking "Unpublish Page" at the top of the page visibility settings and clicking "Save Changes." Unpublishing hides the page from the public and fans but keeps it accessible to admins in case it's needed later.
