To be clear here (and on the previous and following slides): the yellow bi-directional arrows are intended to represent contractual relationships between the parties inside which the roles exist. The black lines, in this case, is where a third party/parties are exercising OPERATIONAL control over the providers – essentially on behalf of (aka delegated by) the CS Provider in the scope of their contract with the CS Broker.

This is attempting to illustrate in-house private cloud but, hosted externally by IaaS provider.
Worth repeating that the Cloud Service Auditor role is not well defined – that’s going to be one of our next steps in the framework.
