In June 2008 Casey Family Services made the decision to replace their internally developed Case Information System (MS Access\SQL Server\Crystal Reports) with commercial off-the-shelf software. This ppt slide deck was created by me to document the current information system and business processes that a new replacement system would need to support. This set of slides focused on the demographics and workflows needed to manage the records of Youth in Foster Care and Permanency Planning Services.

- Foster Child Inquiry not used in new Case Practice Standards If youth is in referral status Foster Child Referral is path to Demographics. If youth is in CF status Foster Child Referral is historical values at time of referral decision. After child become FC or AC status Current Demographics is option to edit demographics.
