This document introduces KEMP's Condor multi-tenant application delivery framework. Condor enables enterprises and service providers to provide multi-tenant application delivery services like load balancing, global server load balancing, web application firewalls, and more on virtualized network functions. It supports both KEMP and third-party virtualized functions and makes network functions virtualization and service chaining technology more accessible. Condor's management interface allows tenants to be fully isolated. It provides benefits like no upfront hardware costs, support for multi-tenancy, isolation of tenants, support for a best-of-breed strategy, and more accessible network functions virtualization.

No upfront costs for expensive hardware - Condor is installed bare metal on HP, Cisco, Dell or Oracle
servers without lock-in to expensive proprietary hardware (e.g. Citrix SDX)
Supports requirement for multi tenancy – Enterprises and service providers alike have
requirements for delivering multi tenant services to their clients. Condor allows for existing
hardware investment to be leveraged as part of solution.
Real tenant isolation - Condor allows for full tenant isolation by providing it’s own internal
virtualization layer, therefore preventing impacts from one tenant spilling over to others
Support for a best of breed strategy – With support being extended for 3rd party virtualized
network functions, Condor allows customers to adopt a best of breed application delivery strategy
while providing a single pain of glass for management and deployment
Makes NFV service chaining more accessible - While Network Functions Virtualization and by
extension service chaining can offer a number of benefits it can be challenging for those new to the
technology. KEMP removes some of these complexities and allows customers to gain the benefits
via an intuitive interface
