  3. Some of this stuff you already know. Some of this stuff will be new concepts. You have been in business for a while and you have your skills. We will not be starting from scratch. We will be building on what you already have a polishing your technique

  5. Who do you hire? Why? Discuss.
  6. What is the most important thing to look for in a new hire? In teams, you will develop a “Job Analysis”. The job analysis lists and evaluates job products What is a “Job Product”? In your team, list “Job Products” and report back to the group. What do you want the __________________ to DO? How often do they DO that daily? How do you know it is done well? Job Requirements: List of specific, measurable and verifiable elements for each job product
  7. What can you evaluate from the resume or the job application? Why interview? Verify what you have read in the resume. Get more details. Who do you interview? How do you interview? How do you prepare?
  8. Parachute and Roller Coaster – I am ABLE, but NOT WILLING. Discuss with the group willing and able question for the first job requirement. Break out into groups to develop more W&A questions for the other job requirements.
