For the benefit of hiring managers, the system stack-ranks the candidates by fit score to allow the focus to be centered on the candidates who are the best behavioral fit to the position. PeopleAnswers categorizes candidates into four different categories, represented graphically by thumb icons and a numerical score. The higher the numerical score, the better the person’s behaviors fit the position. The system’s intuitive, easy-to-use format will be appreciated by busy hiring managers.
If the hiring manager needs to drill down into the details, they can access the candidate results through PeopleAnswers. The system dynamically compiles a results summary and behavioral fit analysis instantly. Situational or behavioral-based interview questions are customized for the candidate into a comprehensive interview guide.
