1. NINTH CONVOCATION:
Director and Organizing Committee of the Ninth Convocation of the
Institute thank all the teaching and non-teaching staff of the Institute for the
cooperation extended in smooth conduct of Ninth Convocation.
2. TIME TABLE TO BE FOLLOWED IN LIEU OF HOLIDAYS:
In lieu of the holidays declared on 12th and 13th January 2012, the
Institute will function on 28th January and 4th February (both being Saturdays)
respectively. The following is the schedule of time table to be followed.

Issues & return of other books will be suspended during the above timings and
dates.
Further, it is hereby informed that, the transactions i.e. issue & return of books
including various book-banks are fully computerized. The students of the above
batches are informed that, either they have to return or renew the books issued
them on or before due date, failing which, they are liable to pay the overdue
charges as shown in the computer system. However, the book-bank books are
being issued for one year and they are requested to update the transactions once
in a semester to avoid from payment of overdue charges in respect of book bank
books.
4. CENTRAL LIBRARY – TRANSACTION OF BOOKS – OVER DUE CHARGES:
“All the students are informed that, they should renewal / return their books on
the due date. Otherwise overdue charges of Re.1/- per book per day will be
collected. Hence the students are advised to get renewal / return the books on
due date to avoid penalty”.

5. ENGLISH FOR SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION CLASS FOR Ph.D SCHOLARS
SHIFTED TO 25.1.2012 (WEDNESDAY):
The English for Scientific Communication class for Ph.D scholars this week
is scheduled on 25.1.2012 (Wednesday) at 5 P.M. in room no.605 (MED).
Scholars should take note and attend class without fail.
6. ADJUSTMENT OF ADVANCES:
All Heads of Departments / Sections / Staff Members, who have drawn
advances such as Other Advance/ T.A Advance or any other advances which are
still outstanding as on 31.12.2011, are requested to see that outstanding
advances are adjusted by way of refunds or submission of bills, as early as
possible but not later than 30.01.2012. This may be given top priority.
7. SUBMISSION OF BILLS:
All Heads of Departments / Staff members are requested to submit the
bills pertaining to the current financial year i.e. 2011-12, for
adjustment/payment, in the accounts branch latest by 16.03.2012.
No bills will be accepted after 16th March 2012.
8. ATTENTION: A.P. STATE S.C (FRESH) BC (FRESH) SCHOLARSHIP
HOLDERS:
The sanction proceedings of S.C (Fresh) & BC (Fresh) Spl. Fee Scholarship
2009-2010 have been received from the Dy. Director of Social Welfare Office, and
Dist. BC Welfare office, Warangal. The students concerned are informed to submit
their acquittance roll in the Scholarship in Academic section on or before
25th January, 2012 positively for arranging payment.
