14. When was it built? The first floor was built in 1337. Another Architect added the second floor the year 1348 and a third finalized it adding the third floor in 1359

15. Why was it built? It was constructed as Gothic belfry but to seem... a room of art for the numerous artistic existing exhibitions in a museum of the Opera of the Duomo
