3. Ingredients:
600g of Lettuce
100g of raw Green Pepper
100g of Purple onion
100g of Cucumber
25ml of Olive oil
15ml of Vinagar
a teaspoon of salt
Starter: Green salad
4. Recipe
Wash the lettuce and the green pepper.
Cut the lettuce, the purple onion, the green pepper and the cucumber.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season them with oil and vinegar.
5. Main dish: Lasagna
Ingredients:
450 g of Minced Beef
100g of Mushroom
25g of Butter
1 packet of lasagna pasta layers.
FOR THE BECHAMEL SAUCE:
300ml of Milk
25g of Butter
25 g of Plain flour
50g of Grated Cheddar cheese
6. Recipe
Fry the minced beef and mix it with the tomato sauce and mushrooms. Cook for about an hour
until it’s thick and rich. Grease an oven proof dish with the butter.
To make the Bechamel sauce: melt the butter, stir the flour in and add the milk,stirring until
thickened.On top, put the bechamel sause.
Grate some cheese and add it to the Lasagna to give it some cheesy flavour. With the mix that
you’ve cooked layer them repeatedly. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top and bake the
Lasagna in the oven for 45 minutes at 200C.Serve the lasagna and enjoy.
8. Recipe
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar until they whiten and get creamy.
Add the almonds mixed with the lemon skin peels.
After that, finish whiping the egg yolk and add it to the previous mix.
Put the mix in a mould that has been previously greased with butter.
After that, put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius during half an hour. To give it a sweet
flavour you can add some sugar on top. Enjoy!
