Design and development of two new leadership pathways to include:\n
Those who will be doing the actual planting of new worshiping communities\n
through modified CPM process\nUsing psych eval, paperwork, NCD eval\n
Linking NWC leaders with existing NCD’s \n
Debt forgiveness for NWC leaders, Aid linked to outcomes\n
Regional regular connections with mentors\n
