• Have a one cup tea / coffee with full cream milk and two teaspoons of
sugar
• With two biscuits
Breakfast:
• In breakfast include one glass of fresh fruit juice, prefer to have orange
juice.
• One cup of cereal (like oatmeal, porridge) along with one cup of low fat
milk, few sliced almonds and raisins and two teaspoons of sugar or honey
• One to two slices of whole wheat toast along with some butter or jam or
peanut butter
