  3. 3. The Meaning of Biology <ul><li>Comes from Greek words ‘Bios’ and ‘Logos’. </li></ul><ul><li>‘ Bios’ means ‘life’ </li></ul><ul><li>‘ Logos’ means ‘study’ </li></ul><ul><li>‘ Bios’ + ‘Logos’  Biology = Study of life. </li></ul>
