world’s gold, is used in the production of jewellery. Scientist say, that around 52% of the world’s
total production of gold is used exclusively by the jewellery industry in countries such as India
and China.

Gold has been used to create jewellery for thousands of years. Gold is the perfect metal for
jewellery for a number of reasons. One of the main reasons for its popularity is the fact that it does
not react with moisture and so, therefore, is very resistant. Another reason is because visually, it
has incredible brightness and its yellow colour is very attractive.
3. Money of Gold
Gold has a price, and that price will relative to other forms of exchange, such
as the U.S.A dollar, the euro, and the Japanese yen. Gold can be bought, but it is
not usually used directly as a method of payment.

The demand for gold increases during inflationary.As it cannot be diluted, gold is
able to retain value much better than other forms of currency.
