Gernika has got a lot of types of food but the one that know is the
omelet. The omelet is a typical food of the basque country and from
spain that is amazing. can be made by any ingredient that you want to
add .
3. How to make an omelet
INGREDIENTS
● Three big potatoes
● One onion
● four or five eggs
● salt
● oil
First, in a pan we toss the oil and when it is hot add the
potatoes and the onion, then let the potatoes boil and
lower the heat over medium low heat and add salt, when
the potatoes are boiled a little we take a vol and throw the
eggs with a pea of salt and we mix, after beating the eggs
and remove the oil to the potatoes incorporated into the
vol of the eggs. When we have everything in a vol we mix,
after vatir the eggs we throw the oil that we have left over
to a pan and throw all at once slowly, put the fire to
medium low, when the first five minutes cojemos a plate
and we give the first shot, after giving the turn left in the
pan again and we have about five minutes, when the five
minutes come we turn the tortilla on a plate and we eat it
we peel the potatoes in finite pieces, then we do the same
with the onion
