  2. 2. Tomato Potato SaltPepper (optional) cabbage
  3. 3. I chose this dish because I think it is healthy and really easy to make. Tomatoes are good for you because it has a lot of Vitamin A, Vitamin C an it provides you from lung cancer . Potatoes are good for you as long as you prepare them in a healthy manner like boil them or bake them. Cabbage are good for you because they give you 20 kcl of energy and it has vitamin c .
  4. 4. You first wash the tomatoes Then cut the top part
  5. 5. Then you use a spoon to take out all of the meat inside the tomato Then leave it to the side for a wile
  6. 6. Then you start to peal the skins of the potato And cut it is halves
  7. 7. Then you boil the potatoes until there completely soft
  8. 8. After it is completely soft you can take them out and put them into a bowl. Then you can start mashing the potatoAfter that put a pinch of salt into the bowl then continue mashing the potato
  9. 9. After every thing is almost ready you can cut the cabbages And place it on to the plate
  10. 10. Now put all of the potato into the tomato and fill it up to the top Then put any ingredients to finish off on but I am going for pepper
  11. 11. Now you put your finishing product onto the plate that has cabbages on it and wala you are finish!
  12. 12. I hope you make a wonderful mash potato in a tomato cup But I bet my one Is better than yours 
