I check their background and if it is relevant or meaningful for my nature of work, I ok it. But soon thereafter they come for endorsement. How come I can endorse somebody who is thousands of kilometers away and whom I have never met or interacted or even transacted business ! Linkedin should enforce conditions such as the person who is providing endorsement, should have worked together in any capacity, at least for one year. Alternatively, both the persons should have known each other for a minimum period of one year. I have my own doubts about the validity of such endorsements.7 months ago
