Editor's Notes
Each of these bullets represents one or more individual projects Each project could have been completed successfully on its own – but the program is not successful unless all the projects required to realize the synergies are completed successfully
Again these projects could have been completed independently but they could have gone In different directions resulting in overall increased costs
Initially I only used the Sybex study guide – I then tried to find some online practice exams This is the same pattern I used for PMP exam and found many online practice exams – not so with PgMP So, I scheduled the exam and then ran across a PgMP forum where everyone was stating all the training & studying they did and how difficult the exam was – so I rescheduled the exam, bought the Crosswinds guide and studied for another month In taking the exam I finished my last question with 30 sec to go in the allotted 4 hours – had no time to review any questions – felt sure I would not pass AND did not know what I would do differently to better prepare Fortunately I PASSED!
