Promotional Video Meeting

Attendees: Lewis Gray, Connor Murray, Jade Kinder and Chris Mclosky
1. Introduction
This is where we let Lee know what has changed since we last met, and what we have
done when it comes to shooting the video and how far along we have gotten towards the
completion of this project.
2. Showing Some Scenes
We will show lee some of the scenes that we have shot around the college and show him
the first interview that we did with one of the students, this will allow him to give us any
input if needed and will give him an idea of how the final video is going to look.

2. Minutes
3 Explaining The Progress.
This is where we will show some of the editing process and let him know how the video is
going to look after some of the video has been edited together. This will give him more of
an idea on how our editing style is.
4 Any Questions?
Make sure that he understands everything we have told him.
Ask him if he had any questions about the product or how we want to film it.
Talk about anything that Lee may be unsure about.
Ask him if he has any suggestions how we can improve the quality of the video.
