ACS Courier (Cyprus)
Market leader in courier services. 26 shops around the island and delivering more than 1500,000 shipments on a monthly basis. We deployed their 360 survey on the web. Password – protected survey where access codes were randomly generated and given to the employees. We ensured full anonymity and within 3 days we achieved a massive 96.6% response rate (150 employees around the island).
