Feedback at the POINT OF EXPERIENCE. 
REAL TIME reporting and analysis 
Questionnaire is loaded on to the Kiosk machines (branch logic, fully branded (your brand  ) 
Survey is “locked” so no exiting from the application can be achieved. Responders can only complete the survey and not check email or surf! 
Offline collection is also available.

ACS Courier (Cyprus) 
Market leader in courier services. 26 shops around the island and delivering more than 1500,000 shipments on a monthly basis. We deployed their 360 survey on the web. Password – protected survey where access codes were randomly generated and given to the employees. We ensured full anonymity and within 3 days we achieved a massive 96.6% response rate (150 employees around the island).
