Electronic surveys are a smart, powerful and efficient way to
gather insight into your customers, your staff or your members
opinions. They are simple to organise, easier for people to
complete, and because data is collected instantly, results and
reports are available in real-time.
Public surveys
Post a link to your survey on your website or Facebook or send
by email to collect responses from virtually any source.
Private or restricted surveys
You can restrict responses to your surveys to only those invited
to take part. Each respondent is sent a unique link and can only
respond once to the survey. This prevents unsolicited responses
and ensures that no repeat responses are included which could
skew results.
Anonymous surveys or tracked surveys
Anonymous surveys allow respondents to give you feedback
secure in the knowledge that their answers are not personally
