Feature lenght:
a) A requested number of DVD’s with English subtitles;
b) 2 DCP of the completed feature lenghts with English subs;
c) 1 DCP of the international version (no graphics, no captions, no credits, no subtitles): To be
delivered on request upon written offer by a broadcaster or distributor;
d) 1 Blu Ray with English subtitles;
e) Timecoded full post-production script in English and in original language;
f) Timecoded list of beginning-titles and end-titles, as shown in the film.
g) Music Cue Sheet, indicating sound track titles, composers, publishers and duration.
h) Exact timecoded list with foreign captions, indicating where rights were cleared, as well as copies of
all certificates and documents witnessing entitlement to rights of music and archival material featured in
the film.
i) Reliable, professional technical specifications of masters.
j) Short summary (40 words) and long synopsis (1 page) of the film.
k) Five to ten colour photos in electronic form (high quality)
l) Director's photograph, film-history and short personal account.
m) Promotional materials such as:
- Press articles,
- List of festivals and awards,
- Posters,
- Trailers and teasers if available
- any existing promotional material;
n) Trailer and clips of the film on DCP and dowloadable online format (vimeo), with subtitles
and clean (no logos, subs, captions)
Upon termination of this agreement, the distributor is obliged to give back to the rightholder all the
materials still in its possession.
